Quality and inspection

Practical inspection steps for custom and repeat machined parts.

This page describes the quality workflow we can support before shipment. Certification logos and unsupported claims are intentionally not shown until verified documents are ready.

01

Requirement review

Review drawing notes, material, finish, quantity and part function before quoting.

02

In-process checks

Check key features during machining, especially hole patterns, fit faces and repeat dimensions.

03

Final inspection

Confirm key dimensions, appearance, matching parts and packaging before shipment.

04

Photo confirmation

Provide product or packaging photos when required for remote buyer confidence.

Inspection evidence

Measurement is part of the release check.

These shop-floor records show component alignment and gauge-based checks before parts move to final packing. Drawing-specific inspection points are reviewed with the order requirements.
